About The Painted Attic
The Painted Attic opened in July 2011, borne of our love of antiquing,
and home & garden design. Here you will find an eclectic mix of
vintage and painted furniture, mirrors, interesting collectibles, art,
gift items, beautiful jewelry and vintage watches. We search flea
markets, swap meets, thrift shops and estate sales, both here in the
USA and in my homeland of England, looking for one of a kind items.
Most of the furniture is repainted by us, using the wonderful Annie
Sloan® Chalk Paints and waxes. I am the area stockist so Annie Sloan's®
products are available for sale here. If you are interested in painting
something you already own, we can give you advice and help you choose
from the 29 scrumptious colors currently in the Annie Sloan® range.
We offer painting technique workshops which are a lot of
fun and will give you the knowledge you need to paint your furniture
yourself and make it look fabulous!
My daughter and I have the pleasure of working together, and are now
offering new and gently worn clothing, including designer and vintage pieces.
We now have a booth inside Bungalow in Agoura, which will make it much
easier for many of you to pick up your Annie Sloan Chalk Paint® and
products. We are also selling furniture, mirrors, pottery, etc. Check
